Forett At Bukit Timah former Goodluck Garden is En Bloc SOLD to Qingjian Group for $610m. By the time the public tender closed on Mar 7, out of the owners of exclusive units at Forett At Bukit Timah had given their consent to sell en bloc with conditions agreed upon. That percentage comprised 81.93% of owners by strata and 81.35% by share value.
