Hillock Green Developer

Hillock Green Condo is a new residential development located at Lentor Central in Singapore. It is jointly developed by Lentor Central Developments, a consortium of China Communications Construction Company (CCCC), Soilbuild Holdings and United Engineers. The condo is expected to launch in 2023 and offer 470 units of 1 to 5 bedrooms with various layouts and sizes.

China Communications Construction Company (CCCC): Based out of Beijing, China, this global transportation infrastructure firm specializes in designing and building transportation infrastructure as well as dredging. Their manufacturing line also produces heavy machinery used throughout the industry. Over its history they have completed many large scale projects worldwide which has earned them an exceptional standing within this market.
