Frasers Property revealed that they have received temporary permission from the Urban Redevelopment Authority (URA) to redevelop new launch condo project - the mall into a complex.

According to Channel News Asia (CNA), Frasers Property has confirmed that it plans to redevelop the Bedok Point mall into a residential project with commercial space on the ground floor. In their financial results in May, the company revealed that it had received temporary permission from the Urban Redevelopment Authority (URA) to redevelop the mall into a complex.

Bedok Point New Launch is located at 799 New Upper Changi Rd, Singapore 467351. Residents will enjoy an excellent location in the heart of a mature town at less than 2 minutes’ walk to Bedok MRT station. Nested within the Bedok Town Centre, Bedok Point is a redevelopment of both the former Bedok and Changi Theatres. As known before it wasis the first mall in Bedok and provides a wide array of F&B, entertainment, retail and service offerings all under one roof. Major tenants include Harvey Norman and K Box Karaoke.
