According to Cushman & Wakefield, the lot has a total verified floor area of approximately 59,355 square feet, which equates to about 5.4 times the lot rate. Cushman & Wakefield revealed that the land price for the site is around $2,714 psf per lot, including an estimated $2.2 million development fee.
