Baywind Residences is proudly developed by joint venture ABR Holdings & LWH Holdings. LWH Holdings started as a builder in 1994 where they specialised in general building and civil engineering. They started their first property development in 2005 which is a detached bungalow at Serangoon Gardens. Till date, the group has developed more than 20 residential properties.

ABR Holdings was established in 1978 and first listed on the secondary board of the SGX, Sesdaq, on 11 May 1992.

About LWH Holdings
